I have been advised recently by a friend of mine, who also works in the serviced office industry in shanghai that, my business card has been misused by TEC's representatives, to visit other serviced office to collect market intelligence.
if not because it was my friend, they would not know if the person of the biz card was the real person who was visiting.
i am furious about TEC's act!!! i once visited them before and so i supposed that's how TEC got my biz card.
This is serious, TEC management! it could put my personal reputation and my company's reputation and branding at risk. that TEC lady did not know even know what my company does when she was presenting the biz card.
i mean, for god sake, shouldn't use gather the facts first before you tried to pretend to be someone else?
i am seeking legal advice if i shall pursue any legal action to against TEC.
But fellow colleagues and associates, i believe this action has clearly demonstrated how professional TEC is and if i would have my business partner with them, i would be very worried of how they would mis-represent me.
